The Health Law Partners’ Adrienne Dresevic Presents at the Louisiana State Bar Association Health Law Section

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., January 7, 2013 – Adrienne Dresevic, founding partner of Southfield, Mich.-based The Health Law Partners (HLP), recently spoke at a Continuing Education Program for the Louisiana State Bar Association – Health Law Section. HLP Founding Partner Robert Iwrey made the announcement.
The presentation, titled “Navigating the Marketing Minefield: What Attorneys Advising Health Care Clients Must Know,” reviewed several legal issues surrounding health care marketing. Dresevic discussed significant aspects of federal fraud and abuse laws and provided background knowledge on the subject matter so that attorneys can ensure that their clients’ marketing tactics are in complete compliance with federal and state regulations.
An avid writer and speaker, Dresevic has published more than 60 articles on health care law and presents at national conferences throughout the year. Dresevic’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of health care law. She received her juris doctorate from Wayne State University Law School, finishing second in her class magna cum laude, and was a member of the Order of the Coif.
