The Health Law Partners’ Joel M. Greenberg and Claudia A. Hinrichsen Recognized as New York Super Lawyers

LAKE SUCCESS. N.Y., September 20, 2012 – Joel M. Greenberg and Claudia A. Hinrichsen, partners at Lake Success, N.Y. -based The Greenberg, Dresevic, Hinrichsen, Iwrey, Kalmowitz, La Salle, Lebow & Pendleton Law Group, a division of The Health Law Partners P.C., were recognized as “New York Super Lawyers” by Super Lawyers magazine. Greenberg focuses his practice on all corporate and transactional aspects of healthcare law. He represents clients in areas of entity establishment, partnership and shareholder agreements, federal and statue compliance and mergers and acquisitions of professional practices. A well-known mediator and negotiator, Greenberg is credentialed by the American Health Lawyers Association. This is the second time Greenberg was selected as a Super Lawyer; his first distinction came in 2011. After graduating from Muhlenberg College, Greenberg earned his masters degree in public administration before earning his juris doctorate from American University.
Hinrichsen practices in all areas of healthcare law and has specialized in managed care. She has robust experience in independent practice association (IPAs, ACOs), in the area network formation and corporate governance, negotiation and dispute resolution, payor audits and underpayment recovery. Hinrichsen has received numerous accolades during her career, including being named a Top Healthcare Attorney in 2009 by the Chambers Association. This is the second time Hinrichsen has been selected as a Super Lawyer. A well-known author and speaker, Hinrichsen is also an adjunct Professor at Hofstra University’s Zarb School of Business, where she lectures on business and health law. Hinrichsen graduated from Hofstra Law School with distinction, and she earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo where she graduated magna cum laude.
