Robert Booth Joins Tri-Land Properties, Inc. as Manager of Property Operations

WESTCHESTER, Ill., October 20, 2010 – Robert Booth has joined Westchester, Ill.-based Tri-Land Properties, Inc., as the company’s manager of property operations. Richard F. Dube, Tri-Land’s founder, president and owner, made the announcement.
Mr. Booth received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Management & Finance from Brigham Young University’s Marriott School of Management and his Master’s degree of Professional Studies in Real Estate from Cornell University.
“We are extremely excited to welcome Robert to the Tri-Land team,” said Dube. “Having taught Robert at Cornell, we are confident his knowledge and expertise will be a great asset to our company as we continue to grow and expand.”
Prior to joining Tri-Land Properties, Mr. Booth served as a real estate consultant with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage and, while completing his Master’s degree, was a sales and leasing intern at Coldwell Banker Commercial.
Mr. Booth is a member of numerous associations, including the Urban Land Institute, the International Council of Shopping Centers, the Cornell Associate Real Estate Council and the National Association of REALTORS.
