Princeton Enterprises Purchases Independence Square Apartments

ORCHARD LAKE, Mich., Sept. 30, 2010 — Princeton Enterprises, an Orchard Lake, Mich.-based real estate investment and management firm, recently announced the purchase of Independence Square Apartments in Clarkston, Mich. Princeton Enterprises Founder and CEO, Matthew B. Lester, made the announcement.
The 140-unit property is nestled on private Van Norman Lake. Independence Square Apartments offers large one and two bedroom units.
“Independence Square Apartments offers several amenities and is conveniently located close to restaurants, I-75 and major shopping destinations like Great Lakes Crossing,” said Lester. “Continuing to grow Princeton Enterprises’ presence in Michigan is an important goal for our company, and this purchase was mutually beneficial for both parties.”
The transaction closed the end of second quarter 2010.
