Paster Enterprises Announces Seven New Tenants at Twin Cities Shopping Centers

ST. PAUL, Minn., March 11, 2009 — St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises, a leading developer and manager of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, announced today that seven new tenants have joined the company’s projects throughout metro Minneapolis. The new tenants include Jackson Hewitt Tax Service, Love To Grow On, DealSmart, Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant, Tobacco Store, Liquor Barrel and New Wireless. Paster Enterprises President Howard Paster made the announcement.
Sibley Plaza (95,570 square foot grocery anchored community shopping center):
- Jackson Hewitt Tax Service – 1,030 square feet
- New Wireless – 1,400 square feet
Mounds View Square (101,346 square foot neighborhood shopping center):
- DealSmart – 21,081 square feet
- Tobacco Store – 1,390 square feet
Mendota Plaza (54,983 square foot community shopping center):
- Teresa’s Mexican Restaurant – 4,079 square feet
Crystal Town Center (58,981 square foot community shopping center):
- Liquor Barrel – 6,500 square feet
Northway Center (92,861 square foot grocery anchored shopping center):
- Love To Grow On Childcare – 7,200 square feet
All of the new tenants will have opened by April 2009.
