Paster Enterprises Announces Seven New Leases at Twin Cities Shopping Centers

ST. PAUL, Minn., June 29, 2009 — St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises, a leading developer and manager of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, announced today that seven new leases have been secured at the company’s projects throughout metro Minneapolis. New tenants include Let’s Face It Cosmetics, Pizza Man and Farmers Insurance. Lease renewals include Anytime Fitness, Skyline Wireless, Harbor Freight Tools and Festival Foods. Paster Enterprises President Howard Paster made the announcement.
Mounds View Square (101,346 square foot neighborhood shopping center):
- Anytime Fitness—5,706-square-foot fitness facility
Central Plaza (110,127 square foot community shopping center):
- Skyline Wireless—1,200-square-foot wireless products store
- Harbor Freight Tools—12,447-square-foot tool shop
Lakeville Crossing (105,500 square foot neighborhood shopping center):
- Let’s Face It Cosmetics—1,000-square-foot cosmetics boutique
Northway Center (92,861 square foot grocery anchored shopping center):
- Festival Foods—37,759-square-foot grocery store
Doddway Center (38.143-square-foot neighborhood shopping center):
- Pizza Man—910-square-foot pizza restaurant
Crystal Shopping Center (370,000 square foot community shopping center):
- Farmers Insurance—2,100-square-foot insurance agency
Pizza Man opened in May 2009, and Let’s Face It will follow in August.
