New Hyatt Hotel In Chicago’s Financial District To Be Among First To Open Under The Hyatt Centric Brand

Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago will open in April 2015
Chicago, Feb.13, 2015 – Hyatt Hotels Corporation (NYSE: H) announced today the anticipated April 2015 opening of Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago. It will be one of the first two hotels in the world to open under Hyatt’s new full-service lifestyle brand Hyatt Centric, designed to put business and leisure travelers at the center of the action in key destinations. The hotel is owned by Integrated Clark Monroe, LLC and will be managed by Interstate Hotels & Resorts.

Hyatt Centric The Loop Chicago, a 22-story property first constructed in 1927 by Frank Chase, has undergone a transformative renovation from an office building to an iconic new hotel, all while maintaining the integrity of the building’s roots. The hotel features 257 guest rooms, 2,513 square feet of meeting space, a 24-hour fitness center, rooftop bar and a new signature French bistro, Cochon Volant, run by James Beard award winning Master Chef Roland Liccioni. The hotel will showcase elements of the area’s rich cultural and architectural past while offering guests a full range of modern amenities.
The hotel will also feature in-room technologies designed to connect guests seamlessly with their devices and media and knowledgeable hotel staff who will help guests navigate their stay and create their own personalized Chicago experience.
