NDeX West’s Chris Pummill Appointed Chair of United Trustees Association Education Committee

DIAMOND BAR, Calif., February 5, 2013 – Chris Pummill, president of NDeX West, LLC, one of the largest independent trustees in the nation and a leading provider of technology and processing services in California, was recently appointed as chair of the United Trustees Association (UTA) Education Committee. NDeX President and CEO Scott Goldstein made the announcement.
UTA is a source for information, expertise and opinion on non-judicial trustee issues and practices. As chair of the Education Committee, Pummill will serve a one-year term, during which she is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the annual educational conference and regional events, as well as coordinating the certification program for attorneys, real estate brokers, lender’s licenses and notary publics.
With more than 30 years of mortgage default experience, Pummill specializes in the management of non-judicial foreclosures in California, Nevada and Arizona. She began her career working for two of the largest independent trustees in the northern California area, before being appointed chief operating officer for a large independent trustee in Texas.
In addition, Pummill currently sits on UTA’s Board of Directors and is an active member of the California Mortgage Bankers Association, USFN—America’s Mortgage Banking Attorneys, Mortgage Bankers Association and Texas Mortgage Bankers Association.
