Residents have begun moving into the 154-unit Apartments at the Yard. The luxury, urban-style residences are a mix of one and two-bedroom flats and townhouse apartments located in the heart of the mixed-use Grandview Yard development.
“This is an exciting time for our new residents and for Grandview Yard,” said NRI President and CEO Brian Ellis. “We have delivered our first fully-finished units ahead of schedule, with the remaining units leasing fast. Grandview has proven to be an attractive market for young professionals who love the neighborhood feel and want to be near downtown.”
