HOUSTON, September 6, 2011 – IPR President and CEO Joseph A. Cutillo is pleased to announce that James A. (Jim) Rorison has been named Chief Operating Officer of IPR, the leading provider of underground rehabilitative solutions with offices throughout the United States. In his new role, Jim will be responsible for supervising the operating leadership team of the IPR family of companies as they successfully deliver the industry’s leading solutions for sewer, water and industrial pipe rehabilitation services.
Prior to joining IPR, Mr. Rorison served in various executive-level positions with Bloomfield Hills, Mich.-based PulteGroup, Inc., most recently as division president of the Houston market. During his 14 years there, he held both financial and operating division leadership roles that have prepared him for the opportunity to support Joe’s strategic vision for IPR.
“We are very happy to announce the addition of Jim as our new Chief Operating Officer,” said Mr. Cutillo. “The accomplishments he’s garnered at his previous positions, coupled with his more than 27 years of business experience and overall passion for success, make him an asset to our company as we continue to successfully build shareholder value and provide the most comprehensive portfolio of pipe rehabilitation services in the Country.”
Currently a resident of The Woodlands, Mr. Rorison received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Southwest Texas State University in 1984.
