Jaffe Represented Three of the Four Crain’s Detroit Business 2012 M&A Award Honorees

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., April 2, 2012 – Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. announced today that it represented three of the four Crain’s Detroit Business 2012 Deal of the Year honorees. Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.
Jaffe represented the following companies in their transactions:
- Accuri Cytometers, a medical device firm based in Ann Arbor, Mich; recipient of the Deal of the Year award for over $100 million;
- Strength Capital Partners, a Birmingham, Mich. private equity firm; recipient of the Deal of the Year award for under $100 million; and
- Talmer Bancorp, Inc., a Troy, Mich.-based holding company for Talmer Bank and Trust; finalist for the Deal of the Year award for over $100 million.
