SOUTHFIELD, Mich., – May 23, 2011 – Peter M. Falkenstein, a partner in the Ann Arbor office of Southfield, Michigan-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C., has been installed as the President of the Washtenaw County Bar Association. Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.
The Washtenaw County Bar Association (WCBA) is a voluntary association of Washtenaw County lawyers and judges providing services for both professionals and the general public, including a lawyer referral service and a charitable Bar Foundation.
Mr. Falkenstein is a member of the Firm’s intellectual property and litigation practice groups, concentrating in trademark and copyright litigation, licensing, and registration, as well as e-commerce, cyberlaw and general commercial litigation. He is a 1974 graduate of the University of Michigan and a 1988 magna cum laude graduate of the University of Michigan Law School.
