SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 4, 2011 — Michigan-based Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss, P.C. announced today that Ingrid R. Welch has joined the firm as a partner. Jaffe CEO Rick Zussman made the announcement.
Ingrid joins Jaffe from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania-based CMS Companies, a private investment boutique, where she served as both principal and associate general counsel. She is experienced in private mergers and acquisitions, broker/dealer and investment adviser registration, regulation and compliance, fund formation, private placement offerings and investment company act exemptions. Ingrid also provides counsel in SEC and FINRA compliance audits of registered broker/dealers and investment advisers and Dodd-Frank Act compliance.
