The Greene, which is located just outside of Dayton, Ohio, is being developed by Steiner + Associates, the co-developer of Easton Town Center in Columbus, Ohio. First opened on August 24, 2006, The Greene is a 72-acre new town center that features pedestrian-friendly streetscapes, open-air gathering spaces, fountains and parks for children, in addition to over 85 best-of-class retail, entertainment and dining tenants.
The total investment for Phase I and II exceeds $250 million. The Greene includes nearly 120,000 square feet of second floor office space and a total of approximately 200 residential units in an urban environment overlooking the bustling activity of the site. The project is the next step in the evolution of Steiner + Associates’ original mixed-use town center concept, which helped initiate and contribute to the “live, work, play” philosophy and lifestyle now growing across the United States.
