SOUTHFIELD, Mich., July 29, 2013 — Southfield, Mich.-based Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO) Detroit, a chapter of the global community that enriches members’ lives through direct peer-to-peer learning, connections to experts and once-in-a-lifetime experiences, announced today that Warren-based Aspen Search Group Co-Founder and President Francy Lucido has been named a board member for the chapter.
As a board member, Lucido is serving a one-year term during which she will work closely with the other board members to drive and maintain the chapter’s strategic direction, ensuring its success and sustainability. Since the chapter’s founding in 1994, EO Detroit has grown to 122 members, generating a combined $1 billion in sales, and employs more than 7,000 employees.
Lucido co-founded Aspen Search Group in 1988. Aspen Search Group provides comprehensive staffing solutions for companies seeking technical, professional, administrative and light industrial employees and staff for contract and direct positions. She is also co-founder and president of Aspen Search Group’s sister companies, Michigan Staffing, LLC and Personnel Unlimited Squared, Inc.
Lucido earned her Master’s degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Michigan State University. She is a member of the American Staffing Association, Woman Owned Business Enterprise Council and the Detroit Regional Chamber. She is founder of Giving GirlZ, a community service organization for young girls, and an active volunteer in the metro Detroit area.
