Princeton Enterprises Refinances Fox Hunt Apartments with Bank of America

ORCHARD LAKE, Mich., Oct. 13, 2010 — Princeton Enterprises, an Orchard Lake, Mich.-based real estate investment and management firm, recently finalized a refinancing transaction with Bank of America Corporation for Fox Hunt Apartments, a multi-family property located in Kettering, Ohio.  Michele Dreer, Director of Communications for Princeton Enterprises, made the announcement.
