Farbman Group Partners with World Clothes Line to Donate T-Shirts to Local Individuals in Need

Full-service real estate company donates clothes to Chicago homeless shelter

CHICAGO, Ill., August 22, 2012 — Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company that owns and manages office buildings throughout the Midwest, has partnered with World Clothes Line, a clothing company that matches every item sold with a new item for someone in need, to donate clothes to the Chicago-based Marquard Center Homeless Shelter. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group, made the announcement.

For this corporate giving partnership, Farbman Group purchased t-shirts from World Clothes Line featuring a custom logo commemorating the company’s 35 years in business for their employees. In turn, Farbman Group donated the same number of t-shirts to the Marquard Center Homeless Shelter, part of the Franciscan Outreach Association, a nonprofit homeless shelter and soup kitchen, that provides emergency shelter and meals to men, women and children each day.

World Clothes Line began in January of 2010 with the sole purpose of providing the functionality, protection and comfort to those less fortunate with basic clothing, including t-shirts, sweatshirts and pants.
