SOUTHFIELD, Mich., May 29, 2013—Southfield, Mich.-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today it will continue its popular series of food truck rallies with upcoming events Monday June 3 at the company’s buildings at Riverside Center—25925 Telegraph Road in Southfield, and Monday June 17, at the Sheffield Office Park in Troy. Both rallies will run from 11:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group, made the announcement.
Admission to the events is free and participating food trucks include: El Guapo, The Mac Shack, Treat Dreams and Dago Joe’s.
“We’ve had such a positive response to these rallies; they have proven to be a great opportunity for our tenants to get outside during the work day, experience the local culture and network with other professionals,” said Farbman. “At Farbman Group we are always finding ways to bring additional value and services to our tenants and we strongly believe that creating this sense of community through food truck events is an effective way to do that.”
The events are hosted in partnership with the Michigan Mobile Food Vendors Association (MMFVA), a nonprofit association representing food trucks throughout Michigan. The MMFVA is dedicated to serving the needs of the mobile food service industry; enhancing and improving its growth and development; and assisting and educating its members in the successful operations of their businesses.
Farbman Group will continue to host rallies at its various properties in the area throughout the summer.
