Scott A. Eisenberg of Amherst Partners to speak on today’s capital markets

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 02, 2015 — Southfield-based Farbman Group, a leading full-service real estate company, announced today that it is continuing its professional networking and development program, titled “Farbman C-Series,” for C-level executives in metro Detroit on Wednesday, March 18 at 9:00 a.m. at the Bingham Office Center in Bingham Farms, Mich. The session will feature speaker Scott A. Eisenberg, managing partner and co-founder of Birmingham, Mich.-based Amherst Partners. Andrew V. Farbman, CEO of Farbman Group made the announcement.

Open to all local C–level executives, Eisenberg will provide a merger and acquisition update, as well as insight into what companies are selling for today, who is currently buying companies, how transactions are getting financed and key trends in the M&A markets. He has more than 25 years of experience structuring and negotiating transactions and advising companies on financial matters. His experience includes merger and acquisition transactions, restructuring and turnaround engagements and a wide variety of management advisory services. Eisenberg has also worked on more than 75 investment-banking assignments and has advised more than 200 companies across various industries.
