Dawn Barrett-Osborn Joins InStar Services Group As Director Of Human Resources

TROY, Mich., June 8, 2010 — Dawn Barrett-Osborn has joined Troy, Mich.-based InStar Services Group (InStar), a national disaster restoration and reconstruction firm with 18 offices throughout the country, as Director of Human Resources. InStar President and CEO Mark Davis made the announcement.

As Director of Human Resources for InStar, Osborn will guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services, policies and programs for the entire company, including recruiting and staffing, employee and community communications, and organization development.

Prior to joining InStar, Ms. Osborn worked as a Human Resources Manager at Sumitomo Bakelite North America, Inc., where she managed company-wide human resources functions for the North American Operations. Ms. Osborn is a graduate of Grand Valley State University, where she received her Bachelor of Science degree. She also earned a Masters Certificate in Science from Central Michigan University.
