Fifth Annual CRUSH Birmingham 2012 to Be Held September 22 at Townsend Hotel

TROY, Mich., August 20, 2012 – The fifth annual CRUSH Birmingham 2012 Wine and Food Classic will be held on Saturday, September 22, 2012 at the Townsend Hotel in Birmingham, MI. All proceeds benefit Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan, which is celebrating 60 years as a successful Michigan nonprofit in October 2012.

Wine personalities and Master Sommeliers will describe, advise and recommend some of the year’s most exquisite wine choices and pairings. After the Wine and Food Classic, join us for the CRUSH After Hours event.

Patron admission tickets include a private champagne reception sponsored by Brooks Brothers and access to the main food/wine pairing event and After Hours for $350. General admission for the food/wine pairing event and After Hours is $250. For young adults ages 21-30, the general admission cost is $125. Tickets for just the After Hours event are $65.

The mission of CRUSH Michigan continues to be that of creating world-class regional wine and food fundraising events for the benefit of Children’s Leukemia Foundation of Michigan, an independent nonprofit foundation whose mission is to provide and promote compassionate, personalized support to people in Michigan affected by leukemia and other related disorders.
