Crawford Hoying Plans for its $350 Million Mixed-Use Bridge Park Development Approved by the City of Dublin

Project includes diverse mix of dining, office, retail and residential uses

 DUBLIN, Ohio, Jan. 21, 2015––Dublin, Ohio-based Crawford Hoying announced today its initial site and development plans for the $350 million Bridge Park development received a key approval and support from the City of Dublin during a Special City Council meeting held on Tuesday, Jan. 20. Brent Crawford, principal of Crawford Hoying, made the announcement.

A short walk from downtown Dublin and immediately adjacent to the Scioto River, Phase One of the 30-acre mixed-use development includes 260,000 square feet of restaurant, office, retail and personal services, two 850-space parking garages, as well as 372 luxury apartment units. Following a final development and site plan from City Council, construction of Phase One is slated to begin in spring 2015. Crawford Hoying is expected to deliver its first commercial spaces to tenants in early 2016 with all of Phase One slated for completion by summer 2016.

The largest mixed-use development in the City of Dublin, Bridge Park is an integral component in the City’s vision for its 1,110-acre Bridge Street District. With the vision adopted by the City in 2010, Bridge Park brings to life the City’s plans to become an entertainment, dining and retail destination complete with civic spaces, riverside park amenities and appealing housing options.

Phase Two of the project is slated to break ground in the fall of 2015, with tenants and development coming online in early 2017. Plans for Phase Two include a 150-key hotel, a 500-person event center, a performing arts center, as well as significant additions of office, retail, and for-sale and rental residential units. Upon completion, the entire Bridge Park project will include more than 1.1 million square feet of residential space, 220,000 square feet of Class A Office, 120,000 square feet of service retail and 92,000 square feet of restaurants.
