Company launches “Pink Box (Fighting Cancer One Box at a Time) Campaign” during National Breast Cancer Awareness Month
CHICAGO, October 10, 2013 — Chicago-based Computing Source, an all-in-one digital evidence and legal support firm, has launched its first ever “Pink Box (Fighting Cancer One Box at a Time) Campaign” to support breast cancer awareness and research during the month of October, National Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Computing Source CEO and Managing Director Mark St. Peter made the announcement.
During the entire month, Computing Source will deliver all documents to its hundreds of Midwest clients in pink, breast cancer advocacy-themed boxes. The company will then proudly donate a percentage of the month’s revenue to various cancer organizations, currently being selected, to help to support breast cancer awareness and research.
“Breast cancer is a devastating disease that impacts millions of people every year. Many of us are fighting it in some form or fashion, either individually, or as a supporter alongside a mother, sister, wife, friend, grandmother, aunt, cousin or other loved one. Having supported several family members and close friends battling against it, this cause is very near and dear to my heart. I have learned firsthand how crucial prevention and early detection and treatment can be for beating cancer,” said St. Peter.
“Computing Source delivers thousands of documents to law firms and other companies all over the Midwest every week. Due to the high visibility and recognition of our boxes, and the growing demand for our copy, scan and print services, we feel that turning our boxes pink this month and committing to donate a portion of our revenue is an excellent way to raise awareness and support research to find a cure. We are fighting cancer, one box at a time.”
