Christopher J. Moceri Named Partner at Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., March 3, 2011 — Christopher J. Moceri has been named partner at Southfield-based Jaffe Raitt Heuer & Weiss, P.C. Jaffe CEO Richard Zussman made the announcement.

Mr. Moceri is a member of the Firm’s corporate practice group, focusing his practice on areas of complex business transactions, private company mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, private equity and general corporate matters.

Mr. Moceri earned his Bachelor’s degree with honors from Michigan State University and is a magna cum laude graduate of Michigan State University College of Law where he served as senior managing editor of the Michigan State Law Review. Mr. Moceri is a member of both the Oakland County Bar Association and the State Bar of Michigan.
