BIRMINGHAM, Mich., November 30, 2009—The Fifth Annual Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel (CBWM) Toys For Tots Kick-Off Celebration, which was held on November 18th, resulted in the collection of 30 crates of toys and numerous donations to purchase toys. More than 225 people attended the event at Dick O’Dow’s Irish Pub in Birmingham, Mich. Attendees included Realtors from the 11 offices of CBWM, real estate affiliated business people, friends and other supporters of the charity. Coldwell Banker Weir Manuel, American Home Shield Home Warranty Company, Changing Places Moving and Dick O’Dow’s Irish Pub sponsored the kickoff.
Entertainment was provided by the Shawn Riley Band, headed by CBWM Plymouth office manager Shawn Riley. Changing Places Moving provided the crates for toy storage and transportation and will deliver the toys to a CBWM local sorting center.
