  • Columbus, Ohio, November 13, 2013—Steiner + Associates, The Georgetown Company and Limited Brands announced today that they have begun breaking ground on Easton Gateway, a 54-acre addition to Easton Town Center. The announcement was made by Steiner + Associates’ CEO Yaromir Steiner.

    Nearly 15 years after Easton Town Center opened, Easton Gateway will introduce a number of noteworthy additions to the master-planned community, including new brands and big box retail. Costco already opened its doors in September 2013, unveiling a 150,000-square-foot concept on a 17-acre site they purchased. Additional tenants include REI, scheduled to open May 2014; Saks Off 5th, set to open a 28,000-square-foot store in May 2014; an 80,000-square-foot Dick’s Sporting Goods set to open July 2014; and a 45,000-square-foot Whole Foods, set to open in May 2015. Field & Stream will also open its first Ohio location in a 50,000-square-foot store situated within the new district.

  • COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 17, 2013—Easton Town Center co-developers Steiner + Associates and The Georgetown Company have announced that they will add eight new tenants to the development by August. The announcement was made by Steiner + Associates CEO Yaromir Steiner and The Georgetown Company President Adam Flatto.

    “Our vision is to continually build upon and refine Easton’s world-class mix of tenants,” said Steiner. “These new brands offer everything from luxury retail to innovative and surprising new service concepts, all of which will attract and inspire repeat visits from our guests.”
