Columbus, Ohio, November 13, 2013—Steiner + Associates, The Georgetown Company and Limited Brands announced today that they have begun breaking ground on Easton Gateway, a 54-acre addition to Easton Town Center. The announcement was made by Steiner + Associates’ CEO Yaromir Steiner.
Nearly 15 years after Easton Town Center opened, Easton Gateway will introduce a number of noteworthy additions to the master-planned community, including new brands and big box retail. Costco already opened its doors in September 2013, unveiling a 150,000-square-foot concept on a 17-acre site they purchased. Additional tenants include REI, scheduled to open May 2014; Saks Off 5th, set to open a 28,000-square-foot store in May 2014; an 80,000-square-foot Dick’s Sporting Goods set to open July 2014; and a 45,000-square-foot Whole Foods, set to open in May 2015.
