As a senior account executive on Identity’s media relations & marketing team, Michele is responsible for providing research, copywriting, marketing and media relations support to clients.
Prior to joining Identity, she served as the Media Relations Coordinator at the Detroit Tigers for five seasons, including a postseason run in 2014. In her evolving role, Michele facilitated day-to-day efforts of baseball media relations including game notes, team statistical research, player relations, press releases, media interviews and credentials – both at home and on the road. Additionally, she oversaw the production of the team’s publications, and assisted with content and design of the club’s media guide.
Forever a Falcon, she graduated with a dual degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Bowling Green State University, where she became a member of Kappa Delta Sorority and was involved in Undergraduate Student Government.
Michele developed a passion for empowering others through her collegiate involvement and experiences at the Tigers, and actively participates in mentorship programs and advocacy for women in sports.
She recently married her Bumble-beau, Zack, in Ann Arbor this September and the two enjoyed their first international trip together to Playa Mujeres, Mexico.
As a new-found early riser, Michele thrives by getting in a workout class before coming to the office most mornings. Outside of the office, she is likely on a patio enjoying brunch with her husband, Zack, and their pup, Mya, or celebrating best of life moments with her family and friends.
