Lindsay Wyskowski is an account manager on the media relations & marketing team, where she dreams of big ideas and activations for clients, providing strategic framework for campaigns and initiatives, and cultivating client and media relationships throughout the Midwest.
Dreaming big has always been the name of the game for Lindsay, who knew at age 10 she wanted to go to the Olympic Games. While she wasn’t a fast-enough swimmer to make it as an athlete, she followed her heart from Central Michigan University to Colorado Springs, Colorado, working for the Olympic Movement and USA Triathlon for more than eight years.
During her time at USA Triathlon, she managed media and communications strategies leading to greater exposure of the sport nationally. She has traveled the globe to cover events, including the 2012 London Paralympic Games, 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, and 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic Games, as well as various triathlon World Cup and World Championship events, including the 2015 ITU Triathlon Grand Final Chicago, where she managed global media operations. While at USA Triathlon, Lindsay also earned a master’s degree in PR and marketing from the University of Denver.
Lindsay moved back home to Michigan in late 2016. Unsurprisingly, she continues to foster a love for travel, triathlon, and Olympic and Paralympic sport. Inspired by cultures around the world, Lindsay tries to visit one new place each year to expand her horizons and learn more about the world around her. When she’s not traveling, she’s sitting by a lake, sampling a craft beer, watching documentaries (or Star Wars), or reading whatever she can.
