Andrea Kenski

Account Director

As an account director at Identity, Andrea Kenski leverages nearly 15 years of industry experience providing strategic guidance and support across a range of integrated communications tactics, including media relations, marketing, advertising, social media and crisis management. Her expertise spans multiple industries from health care to nonprofit to B2B — having worked with major organizations including The Salvation Army, NorthStar Care Community, and the Michigan Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

Before transitioning into the world of integrated communications, Andrea spent 15 years honing her leadership and business skills in retail management. From brands like The Gap, Target, and Panera Bread, she mastered the art of customer engagement, branding, and human resources. This unique blend of strategic and operational experience gives her a 360-degree view of what makes communications truly effective.

Andrea is a proud Eastern Michigan University alumna, holding both a Bachelor of Arts in communications and a Bachelor of Science in public relations. An active member of the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), she served as president of the Detroit Chapter Board in 2016-2017, guiding industry professionals and shaping the future of business communications.

When she’s not crafting compelling narratives or orchestrating impactful communications campaigns, Andrea can be found appreciating the fine arts. On weekends, she and her husband are regulars at the Detroit Symphony Orchestra and the Fisher Theater, where they enjoy immersing themselves in the city’s vibrant cultural scene.

From the boardroom to the concert hall, Andrea is a storyteller at heart—dedicated to connecting people, brands, and ideas with creativity, passion, and precision.
