Nicolena Stephan Joins Identity

BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., March 23, 2010 — Nicolena Stephan has joined Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Identity as a social media strategist. Firm principal Paul Kesman made the announcement.

As a social media strategist, Stephan is focused on integrating social media strategy with traditional communications efforts to help companies build brand awareness, create new customer relationships, monitor relevant online dialogue and engage in direct conversation with online audiences. Prior to joining Identity, she served as a senior account executive at Detroit-based Franco Public Relations Group.

Stephan is a graduate of Central Michigan University, where she earned a Bachelor of Applied Arts degree in integrative public relations and Spanish. She currently resides in Pleasant Ridge, Mich.
