BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., October 19, 2006—Identity Marketing & Public Relations, a Bingham Farms-based full-service marketing and public relations agency specializing in business-to-business communication strategies, announced that it has been selected as one of “Metropolitan Detroit’s 101 Best and Brightest Companies to Work For” by the Michigan Business & Professional Association. The announcement was made by firm principals Paul Kesman and Mark Winter.
“We are pleased and honored to be recognized with this prestigious designation,” said Kesman. “As a professional services firm, our people are our most important asset. Having quality people on our team, and having those people be happy and proud to be part of that team, is of utmost importance. This award recognizes our open and supportive work environment, which provides our employees with the flexibility and independence required to deliver creative solutions for our clients. It is, ultimately, this high level of personal attention—for both our clients and our staff—that differentiates us in our industry.” The company was evaluated based on various workplace issues such as compensation and benefits, educational and development initiatives, recruiting and retention practices, and community involvement.
Identity was honored at an October 12 ceremony along with other organizations that earned this distinction, including American Axle & Manufacturing, Beaumont Hospitals, Comerica Bank, Compuware Corporation, Domino’s Pizza, Fifth Third Bank, KPMG, LLP, Pulte Homes, and The Taubman Company. Several organizations will receive Elite recognition.
