Video of the Week: Dad Life Rap

Tom Nixon posted this gem of a video on his Facebook page this week, and it’s definitely worth featuring as our video of the week.

All the daddies out there know life changes a bit once you have children. Watching football and drinking beers with the boys suddenly changes to watching Disney movies and drinking juice with the kids. Since kids entered your life, you now spend your weekends helping to pick up toys and videotaping the funny things the kiddies say and do. Sound familiar?

This YouTube video called “Dad Life” packages the highlights of fatherhood – giving all your money to the family, cutting grass with a sweet John Deere and hanging at the splash park –  into a hysterical rap video.

Word of advice to dads: I don’t care what anyone says. Wearing socks with sandals will NEVER be cool!
