Anglin-Rosales is active on Twitter, another social networking site. Twitter lets users post updates of up to 140 characters about what they’re doing at any time and, through cell phones, any place.

Anglin-Rosales, who uses Twitter to help publicize the work of the Agent Genius bloggers, says Twitter and other social media platforms give buyers “a chance to ask questions or initiate a conversation with a particular agent at their leisure.”

“Real estate is highly personal,” she said. “It’s a touch-and-feel experience, not a click-and-send experience.”
