It “pays” to vote

In case choosing the next President of the United States isn’t incentive enough to get out and vote, a number of well-known food and drink “freebies” are being offered to anyone who can prove they voted today. According to this USA Today article, everyone from Starbucks (free coffee) to Krispy Kreme (free donut) to Ben & Jerry’s (free ice cream) and Chick-fil-A (free chicken sandwiches) are taking part in this freebie movement. If you’re lucky, there’s one of each of these establishments in your neighborhood so you can get breakfast, lunch AND dessert all for free! No matter what the reason, hopefully you’ve exercised your right and cast your vote today!
