			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>HOUSTON</strong>, May 18, 2011 &#8211; Houston-based <a href="http://www.bakerkatz.com/" target="_blank">Baker Katz</a>, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, project development and leasing and investment sales, and <a href="http://www.xteam.net/" target="_blank">X Team International</a> partner, announced today that it has completed a lease at the <a href="http://www.townandcountryvillage.com">Town &amp; Country Village</a> near I-10 and Beltway 8 in Houston on behalf of Zoe’s Kitchen Corporate.  Baker Katz Co-Founders and Principals <a href="http://www.bakerkatz.com/team.html" target="_blank">Jason Baker</a> and <a href="http://www.bakerkatz.com/team.html" target="_blank">Kenneth Katz</a> made the announcement.</p>
<p>The 2,900-square-foot inline space is the first location in Houston owned by <a href="http://www.zoeskitchen.com/" target="_blank">Zoe’s Kitchen</a> Corporate.  Zoe’s Kitchen currently has three franchisee-owned locations in Houston and will now have 11 total locations throughout Texas, making this the second biggest market for the brand behind their home state of Alabama, which also has 11 locations.  The Town &amp; Country Village shopping center is grocery anchored by <a href="http://www.randalls.com" target="_blank">Randalls</a> and also includes such retailers as <a href="http://www.anntaylor.com/" target="_blank">Ann Taylor</a>, <a href="http://www.talbots.com/" target="_blank">Talbots</a>, <a href="http://www.chicos.com/" target="_blank">Chicos</a>, <a href="http://www.bananarepublic.gap.com/" target="_blank">Banana Republic</a>, <a href="http://www.flemingssteakhouse.com/" target="_blank">Flemings Steakhouse</a> and <a href="http://www.gap.com" target="_blank">The Gap</a>.</p>
<p>Jason Baker represented the tenant, while Scott Gardner of Moody Rambin Interests represented the landlord.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>HOUSTON, </strong>December 21, 2010 – James (Trip) Ferguson III has been named general manager of <a href="http://www.teamipr.com/" target="_blank">RePipe Construction</a> (RePipe), a division of <a href="http://www.teamipr.com/" target="_blank">IPR</a>, a leading provider of underground rehabilitation solutions with offices throughout the United States. IPR CEO Joseph A Cutillo made the announcement.</p>
<p>As General Manager, Mr. Ferguson will be responsible for supervising the execution of all functions on behalf of RePipe, in order to provide specialized pipe lining and rehabilitation services in the South Central United States.</p>
<p>“We are very excited to welcome Trip into the IPR family,” said Cutillo. “His knowledge, experience and skill level make him a great addition to our team, and an asset to our company and clients.”</p>
<p>Currently a Houston resident, Mr. Ferguson received his Bachelor’s of Science degree in Economics from the <a href="http://www.usna.edu/homepage.php" target="_blank">United States Naval Academy</a> in 2002.</p>

<p><strong>HOUSTON</strong>, October 11, 2010 &#8211; Houston-based <a href="http://www.bakerkatz.com/master/home.html" target="_blank">Baker Katz</a>, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, investment sales, and project leasing, announced today its continued growth with the relocation of their office to a larger space and the addition of new team member Jamie Weaver.  Baker Katz <a href="http://www.bakerkatz.com/master/profiles.html" target="_blank">Co-Founders and Principals</a> Jason Baker and Kenneth Katz made the announcement.</p>
<p>To better fit the firm’s growth initiative, Baker Katz has relocated from 3355 West Alabama to a larger, approximately 3,000-square-foot space at 3700 Buffalo Speedway, Suite 1020, in one of Houston’s premier, boutique office buildings.</p>

<p>Based in Austin, Texas, <a href="http://www.eddiev.com/" target="_blank">Eddie V’s Prime Seafood</a> features fresh seafood, prime steaks and nightly entertainment in a relaxed atmosphere. The classic seafood restaurant is joining the Houston market with this 10,500-square-foot location.</p>
<p>Making its Houston debut, <a href="http://www.yardhouse.com/" target="_blank">Yard House</a> opened an 8,532-square-foot eatery in mid-November. The upscale-casual restaurant is known for its classic American cuisine and extensive variety of draft beer.</p>
<p>New to the Texas market, San Francisco-based <a href="http://www.straitsrestaurants.com/index.php?section=69" target="_blank">Straits Restaurant</a> is located on the ground floor of Hotel Sorella. <p>Cyclone Anaya, a Texas-based, upscale Mexican eatery, will open a 4,500-square-foot restaurant in March 2010. Specializing in handmade gourmet menu items carefully prepared from scratch, as well as their own custom blend margarita mix and brand of Agave Tequila.  In addition to the high-energy bar found in the interior of the restaurant, the restaurant will offer patio dining in their expansive outdoor seating area.</p>
<p>CITYCENTRE is a $500 million development and covers 1.8 million square feet. The new center reflects the next generation of mixed-use development and will be a distinct blend of elegant retail shops, fine dining, state-of-the art offices, distinct metropolitan homes and world-class hospitality, all in one 37-acre pedestrian-oriented environment. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>HOUSTON</strong>, May 7, 2009 — <a href="http://www.midwaycompanies.com/" target="_blank">Midway Companies</a>, a Houston-based privately owned, fully integrated real estate development and investment firm, announced that <a href="http://www.norriscenters.com/en/cms/?1304" target="_blank">Norris Conference Centers</a> opened today at the company’s <a href="http://www.midwaycompanies.com/mixeduse-citycentre.asp" target="_blank">CITYCENTRE</a> project. The announcement was made <a href="http://www.midwaycompanies.com/executive-freels.asp" target="_blank">Brad Freels</a>, chairman and CEO of Midway Companies.</p>
<p>The 30,000-square-foot Norris Conference Centers offers eight meeting rooms, ranging from 1,700 square feet to 7,700 square feet. The facility, which was designed to meet the standards set forth by the <a href="http://www.iacconline.org/" target="_blank">International Association of Conference Centers (IACC)</a>, features ergonomic seating, full spectrum lighting, soundproofed meeting rooms and individual room thermostats. The Center offers a variety of menu options, including beverage services, continental breakfast, warm breakfast and lunch buffets, passed hors d’eouvers and plated dinners.</p>
<p>“Norris Conference Centers is a proven organization that brings a unique and incredibly useful facet to CITYCENTRE,” said Freels. “Those who attend events at the Conference Center will benefit from all of the project’s shopping, dining and entertainment options, and the companies that have offices at CITYCENTRE will have an outstanding meeting venue within walking distance.”</p>
<p>CITYCENTRE is a $500 million development and covers 1.8 million square feet. The new center reflects the next generation of mixed-use development and will be a distinct blend of elegant retail shops, fine dining, state-of-the art offices, distinct metropolitan homes and world-class hospitality, all in one 37-acre pedestrian-oriented environment. The announcement was made by <a href="http://www.midwaycompanies.com/executive-freels.asp" target="_blank">Brad Freels</a>, chairman and CEO of Midway Companies.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.amegybank.com/" target="_blank">Amegy Bank</a>, a Texas-based bank with more than 80 locations throughout the state, opened a 2,958-square-foot banking center in April. It is located on the first floor of the CITYCENTRE ONE building.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.chipotle.com/" target="_blank">Chipotle Mexican Grill</a>, a casual-dining eatery that offers a focused menu of burritos, tacos and salads, will open a 2,200-square-foot restaurant.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.jambajuice.com/#/home/" target="_blank">Jamba Juice</a>, specializing in healthy on-the-good foods and blended fruits, will open a 1,200-square-foot location.</p>
<p><a href="http://lmd-boutique.com/" target="_blank">LMD Boutique</a>, a fashion-forward women’s clothing store, will open in Fall 2009. The 1,756-square-foot boutique will offer upscale clothing and accessories with an international flair.</p>
