Lisa also has experience as a pharmaceutical sales representative and a REALTOR® in Birmingham, Mich. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Saginaw Valley State University. Lisa currently resides in Birmingham, Mich.

New to the CBWM Macomb office, Scott Rivard is a 2009 graduate of Central Michigan University, where he earned his degree in Entrepreneurship, with a minor in Real Estate Development Finance. Scott currently resides in Macomb, Mich.

Kevin Tourneur is the newest addition to the Birmingham North office of CBWM. Prior to joining CBWM, Kevin worked with Chrysler for more than 20 years, holding eight different senior manager positions. During his time there he worked in multiple departments, including product marketing, product strategy and finance. Kevin earned both his Bachelor’s degree in environmental science and his Master’s degree in business administration from the University of Michigan.

Lorraine Yalman has joined the Birmingham North office of CBWM. She has more than 20 years of experience in the advertising and media industries, during which she held influential positions including media director and vice president. Lorraine is a graduate of San Diego State University.

New to the CBWM Rochester office, Lisa Virkus previously served as the director of sales and marketing at TRiTON, a full-service real estate investment and development company. During her time there, she managed investor relations for more than 100 individual and institutional investors, as well as developed the sales and marketing campaign for the company’s largest high-end property. Lisa Virkus is a graduate of the Lee Strasberg Theater Institute in New York City.

Having joined CBWM in 1991, Jaffke served seven years as a successful real estate agent before becoming the manager of the West Bloomfield office. He was then named team leader of the Mobile Agent Center, located in Commerce, which is a position he still holds.

“Lee has been a great asset to the CBWM team for nearly 20 years,” said Sweeney, “and he will continue to demonstrate his superb management skills in this new position. Under his leadership, we expect enormous growth of our Commerce-West Bloomfield office.”

Jaffke is the past president and current director of the Greater West Bloomfield Chamber of Commerce. He is a member of the Rotary Club and the Optimist Club, and he has served as the director of both organizations. A recipient of the Community Service Award and Volunteer of the Year Award, Jaffke is a member of the Citizens Advisory Board for Henry Ford West Bloomfield Hospital and the Development Committee of West Bloomfield Township.
