<p>The new site, <a href="http://www.citycentrehouston.com/index.php" target="_blank">www.citycentrehouston.com</a>, provides information about CITYCENTRE, the project’s retail, entertainment and restaurant tenants, the four residential components and Hotel Sorella. The site will focus on tenants that are currently open, those that will open in the near future and upcoming events at CITYCENTRE. <p>Based in Austin, Texas, <a href="http://www.eddiev.com/" target="_blank">Eddie V’s Prime Seafood</a> features fresh seafood, prime steaks and nightly entertainment in a relaxed atmosphere. The classic seafood restaurant is joining the Houston market with this 10,500-square-foot location.</p>
<p>Making its Houston debut, <a href="http://www.yardhouse.com/" target="_blank">Yard House</a> opened an 8,532-square-foot eatery in mid-November. The upscale-casual restaurant is known for its classic American cuisine and extensive variety of draft beer.</p>
<p>New to the Texas market, San Francisco-based <a href="http://www.straitsrestaurants.com/index.php?section=69" target="_blank">Straits Restaurant</a> is located on the ground floor of Hotel Sorella. The 6,000-square-foot restaurant offers modern Singaporean cuisine served family-style in a chic dining room.</p>

<p>The Italian-inspired 244-room luxury hotel features a unique, Moroccan-style bar featuring a central fireplace, active seating and a starlit ceiling, as well as an exclusive spa and fitness center. The modern outdoor pool is appointed with daybeds, lanterns and draped cabanas. Hotel Sorella<sup>SM</sup> dining options include Café Rosé and Bistro Alex, two exciting new restaurant concepts from noted restaurateur Alex Brennan-Martin.</p>

<p><a href="http://www.amegybank.com/" target="_blank">Amegy Bank</a>, a Texas-based bank with more than 80 locations throughout the state, opened a 2,958-square-foot banking center in April. It is located on the first floor of the CITYCENTRE ONE building.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.chipotle.com/" target="_blank">Chipotle Mexican Grill</a>, a casual-dining eatery that offers a focused menu of burritos, tacos and salads, will open a 2,200-square-foot restaurant.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.jambajuice.com/#/home/" target="_blank">Jamba Juice</a>, specializing in healthy on-the-good foods and blended fruits, will open a 1,200-square-foot location.</p>

<p>The Landmark Awards recognize commercial real estate projects and developments that make a significant impact on the Houston real estate landscape. All projects eligible to receive Landmark Awards must be substantially completed and financially viable, as well as environmentally friendly and a value-add to the community. Midway was selected from a pool of 41 finalists.</p>
<p>Completed in December 2008, the Jack Blanton Community Center at Yellowstone Academy is a 10,700-square-foot, state-of-art activity center that contains a multi-purpose gymnasium, volleyball court, additional classroom facilities and an event center for after-school programs. The center is housed in a reclaimed metal building that was donated and redeveloped by Midway Companies. Yellowstone Academy is a non-profit private school formed to meet the educational needs of low-income, inner-city children.</p>

<p>Café Rosé, a 35-seat, 2,000-square-foot café, will feature coffee and a light breakfast menu, as well as lunch options including innovative salads and sandwiches, premium domestic cheeses and a large selection of French and American wines.</p>

<p>Studio Movie Grill, a first-run, dine-in movie theater, chose CITYCENTRE to open its first 100% digital location, serves a full and diverse menu from its in-house restaurant, will entertain guests in the 40,000-square-foot venue. The eight-screen theater features in-theater dining, a state-of-the-art, Dolby Digital sound system and an award-winning menu with a full-service bar.</p>
<p>“Studio Movie Grill brings an exciting and original entertainment aspect to CITYCENTRE,” said Freels. “We are pleased to add this extremely successful concept to the project and look forward to the unique entertainment experience it offers the community.”</p>
