Based in Austin, Texas, Eddie V’s Prime Seafood features fresh seafood, prime steaks and nightly entertainment in a relaxed atmosphere. The classic seafood restaurant is joining the Houston market with this 10,500-square-foot location.

Making its Houston debut, Yard House opened an 8,532-square-foot eatery in mid-November. The upscale-casual restaurant is known for its classic American cuisine and extensive variety of draft beer.

The Landmark Awards recognize commercial real estate projects and developments that make a significant impact on the Houston real estate landscape. All projects eligible to receive Landmark Awards must be substantially completed and financially viable, as well as environmentally friendly and a value-add to the community. Completed in December 2008, the Jack Blanton Community Center at Yellowstone Academy is a 10,700-square-foot, state-of-art activity center that contains a multi-purpose gymnasium, volleyball court, additional classroom facilities and an event center for after-school programs. The center is housed in a reclaimed metal building that was donated and redeveloped by Midway Companies. Yellowstone Academy is a non-profit private school formed to meet the educational needs of low-income, inner-city children.

The new Life Time Athletic brand features plush amenities including cherry wood, stone and marble décor, more than 400 state-of-the-art workout machines, 16 tons of free weights, more than 15 invigorating fitness classes and a full staff of certified personal trainers to ensure that individual fitness routines are unique and personalized.

Life Time Athletic club at CITYCENTRE also features LifeSpa, a full service salon and spa offering the best in massage therapy, body wraps and sauna and steam rooms. In addition to the spa and salon, is LifeCafe, a café that serves nutritious meals and snacks all day including shakes, bars, multivitamins and supplements. Customers can also visit the Poolside bistro that accommodates patrons enjoying the outdoor poolside sun deck and complimentary lounge chairs.

CITYCENTRE is a $500 million development and covers 1.8 million square feet. The new center reflects the next generation of mixed-use development and will be a distinct blend of elegant retail shops, fine dining, state-of-the art offices, distinct metropolitan homes and world-class hospitality, all in one 37-acre pedestrian-oriented environment. CITYCENTRE is located between I-10W and the Sam Houston Tollway/Beltway 8.
