HOUSTON, Texas, August 6, 2012 – Houston-based Baker Katz, a full-service commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in retail tenant representation, project development and leasing and investment sales, and X Team International partner, announced today it has acquired 310 West 19th Street in The Heights neighborhood of Houston, Texas. Baker Katz Co-Founders and Principals Jason Baker and Kenneth Katz made the announcement.
Located just west of Rutland Street on the main strip of The Heights, this freestanding building has 4,120 square feet of space and is currently occupied by Southern Dental.
“The Heights area is filled with unique and eclectic shops and restaurants that are booming,” said Katz. “We’ve been tracking this area for some time because of the residential and commercial growth it has experienced over the past 10 years. This property has a prime location in a busy section of town, making it the perfect investment for us.”
