Let’s Face It Cosmetics Domestic Violence Awareness Event to Benefit the Lewis House a Great Success

More than 50 purses and three boxes of personal care items donated

ST. PAUL, Minn., April 19, 2010 — St. Paul, Minn.-based Paster Enterprises, a leading developer and manager of neighborhood shopping centers in the Twin Cities, announced today that the domestic violence awareness event hosted by Let’s Face It Cosmetics was a great success. The event, which was held from March 15 through April 15 at the Lakeville Crossing store, raised more than 50 gently used handbags and dozens of personal care items for the Lewis House. Paster Enterprises President Howard Paster made the announcement.

The month-long event benefited the Lewis House, the Community Action Council organization that aids thousands of women and children who are threatened by domestic violence. The Lewis House is both a shelter and a provider of outreach services to women and children in Scott and Dakota Counties. From March 15 through April 15, 2010, customers who donated a gently used handbag or two new personal care items received a 20% discount on their purchase.

Located in Lakeville Crossing, Let’s Face It Cosmetics specializes in the latest trends in anti-aging skin care and mineral-based makeup. The retailer also offers lip care, nail polish, sunglasses, handbags, wallets and more.
