Ackerman Ackerman & Dynkowski Partner Darius Dynkowski Re-Appointed to Michigan State Board of Real Estate Appraisers

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, Mich., September 3, 2009 — Darius Dynkowski, partner with Bloomfield Hills-based Ackerman Ackerman & Dynkowski, P.C. has been re-appointed to the Michigan State Board of Real Estate Appraisers by Governor Jennifer Granholm. Managing Partner Alan T. Ackerman made the announcement.

The Michigan State Board of Real Estate Appraisers was created in 1991 to license and regulate the services of real estate appraisers in Michigan as a result of federal legislation. It provides licensure of state licensed and state certified real estate appraisers and real estate valuation specialists.

Dynkowski was appointed for his first term in 2004, and was re-appointed to the five-year post in July 2009. His second term will expire on June 30, 2013.

Mr. Dynkowski is a 1993 graduate of Wayne State University, and he received his Juris Doctor degree from the Detroit College of Law in 1996. A frequently published author, he serves as the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association Condemnation Law Committee and the Chair of the American Bar Association Real Property/Condemnation/Eminent Domain Committee. He has served as an adjunct professor at the University of Detroit Law School since 2002 and at Michigan State University College of Law since 2009.
