Erin serves as an account director with Identity, driving strategic media relations, marketing, copywriting, internal communications and event management initiatives on behalf of B2B and B2C clients. In addition, she works closely with members of the media relations and marketing team, providing professional development support. Having earned her bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Michigan, she is a writer at heart, and her love of the written word fuels her ability to effectively communicate client stories to targeted audiences.
Erin joined the Identity team in 2008 as an intern while completing her senior year at the University of Michigan. Shortly after graduation, she officially joined Identity as an account assistant, and she was elevated to the account manager level in 2010.
