Meghan Edwards Joins Identity
BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., October 16, 2006—Meghan Edwards has joined Bingham Farms-based Identity Marketing & Public Relations as an account executive. Firm partners Paul Kesman and Mark Winter made the announcement.
Edwards is responsible for providing counsel regarding and managing the marketing and public relations initiatives of a variety of Identity clients in the financial, professional services, real estate and business-to-business industries.
Prior to joining Identity, Meghan served as a Marketing Director at Southfield-based Driven, a full-service advertising agency, where she managed both direct and digital marketing and advertising, as well as traditional account management, for several clients in the automotive and education industries.
Previously, she managed event marketing for Ford Division at JWT, where she was responsible for program planning, activation, logistics and client and consumer relations on several projects over a three-year period. While there, Meghan also managed the launch of the Toby Keith/Ford Truck alliance and tour and supported the Ford Centennial Celebration.
She began her career at PMKHBH Public Relations in Los Angeles, where she served as a junior publicist at the firm, which specialized in entertainment. Some of the highlights of her tenure at PMKHBH include working on an award-winning Oscar campaign, managing all media efforts for the west coast launch of Burberry as well as managing the day to day activities for several clients including television and film actors and actresses, television series? and Miramax Studios.
Edwards earned a Master of Arts degree from the Annenberg School of Communication at the University of Southern California in 2001. She also received a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2000 from Michigan State University in International Studies.
Edwards is an active member of the Business and Professional Women?s Foundation (BPW). She currently resides in Dearborn, Mich.
