Our Approach

After launching its At Any Rate blog and social media program, Ross Mortgage Corporation challenged Identity to develop new ways to effectively leverage its content marketing efforts to reach referral sources, potential partners and prospects.

In response, we created a formalized, easy-to-implement content sharing process that enabled employees to serve as online brand advocates. Part of this process involved the distribution of company-wide content—making it easy for employees to share. This was accompanied by weekly blog post updates in an easily sharable format. The addition made the process seamless and gave employees confidence to be engaged social ambassadors. Identity also created customized campaign links to track employees’ influence on blog traffic.
