  • BINGHAM FARMS, Mich., December 8, 2009—The RESTORE Foundation (RESTORE), an Oakland County, Mich.-based nonprofit organization dedicated to privately funding the Oakland County Drug Treatment Courts, has retained the services of Bingham Farms, Mich.-based Identity Marketing & Public Relations to provide public relations and marketing support and counsel.     The RESTORE Foundation’s goal is to reduce or eliminate the need for the County’s Drug Court Programs to depend on state and federal grants for their operational budgets. Oakland County’s Juvenile Drug Court and Adult Treatment Court have provided eight years of unique service to the county by helping program participants overcome their substance abuse problems and restore their lives through a coordinated holistic program that has proven an effective and cost-efficient way to rehabilitate residents with drug and alcohol dependencies and help keep the community safe by reducing recidivism rates.
